• You may not use another person's account without permission

4. Adviser Obligations

Advisers on our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their qualifications
• Maintain professional conduct during sessions

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payments and Refunds

• Users pay for consultation time at rates set by advisers
• Payments are processed through Razorpay
• Wallet balance can be added and used for consultations
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent the payment system
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AdviceLo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of advice provided by advisers. Users should exercise their own judgment when following any advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

AdviceLo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any advice received through the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on AdviceLo are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
